Baby Shower | Lemon Meringue Fudge Recipe




On with our baby shower party week, today our contributor Gillian is sharing one of the scrumptious recipes she created for the Baby Shower desserts table she styled for Bird's Party Magazine




Lemon Meringue Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

500g white chocolate
1 x tin condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon oil
Yellow gel or powder colouring
1 cup broken meringue pieces

How to:

Add lemon oil and coloring to condensed milk.

Place chocolate and condensed milk in microwave safe container.  Heat on low in 30 second intervals until nearly all the chocolate has melted.  Stir until smooth.  DO NOT overheat.

Stir through meringue pieces and pour in to a lined lamington tin or square 8 inch cake tin.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
