Pure Joy Events was launched by Christine in October 2010 after years of planning birthday parties for her own two children. The company is named after her daughter, whose name means "Pure Joy", and specializes in creating unique and unforgettable children's birthday parties in the Washington DC area. 

Pure Joy Events' blog, web site and Facebook page provides inspirations and ideas for children's parties, and features weekly tutorials.
