A SpiderMan Inspired 5th Birthday Party
Hi this is Dorangela from Two Prince Bakery Theater, excited to be here with you today!
My darling boy turned 5 recently and he has a slight obsession with Spider-Man, so there was no question what theme his party would have to be! Not only did we have a theme, we also knew it would have to be completely gluten free in order for both of my boys to be able to enjoy it all!
I am not one to throw parties that are too character based, as in using all character plates etc., so I decided to do a vintage feel. I was lucky enough to get Bird's Party Spider Hero Printables which worked perfectly. I love the primary colors and vintage feel!
I used old-fashioned candy such as these extra large candy dots, gumballs in clear tubes and lollipops.
The amazing The Purple Pug created this beautiful sparkly banner for the birthday boy!
She even sent him the fun stuffed Spider-Man toy!
Since this party needed to be gluten free for my boys to enjoy it, I made these gluten free dipped chocolate sandwich cookies in coordinating colors.
The adorable and delicious spider web lollipops were made by Vintage Confections and were coconut flavored, yum!
The Spider-Man inspired peg doll was made by Craft That Party, it came with a hook to attach to it and later served as a Christmas ornament on my son's tree! How cute is that?
This Dollar Tree find, plastic gumball machine was perfect with our color palette when we filled it with bright gumballs.
Another fun treat are these gluten free and vegan whoopie pies embellished with some star sprinkles.
You can't have a Spidey party without some spider webs! This silly string was so much fun and looked great with sticker labels we made using our Bird's Party Spider Hero Printables. Pow!
My boys always love having helium balloons at their parties. These filled the ceiling of their play room which all the little guests enjoyed after having fun in the Spider-Man bounce house!
The lucky birthday boy had a visit from Spider-Man himself! He actually had two Spider-Man come. He was beside himself!
For my son's birthday I re-did his room in a Spider-Man theme so I used his new sheets as the table cloth for the dessert table.

The birthday boy requested a cake that was Spidey's face! I gladly complied and created this allergen free cake for him. (excuse the bad photograph, too busy enjoying the party to get a good picture of the cake)
Hope you enjoyed this gluten free Spider-Man inspired birthday party! Would love for you to visit me over at Two Prince Bakery Theater!
