DIY Sweet Heart Lollipop Valentine's Day Card

DIY Sweet Heart Lollipop Valentine's Day Card - BirdsParty.com
I have 4 freebie Valentine's Day card templates coming your way tomorrow (yes, you can do a happy dance *wink*), so today I thought it cool to share a cute DIY idea using one of the cards.
It's kinda like an edible gift and card in one. Now, that's my kind of craft! ;)
And it's so easy, even the kids can help.

DIY Sweet Heart Lollipop Valentine's Day Card

Materials needed:

* Printable card template (coming tomorrow)
* Red candy melts
* Lollipop heart flexible mold
* Lollipop stick
* Plastic cling wrap
* Glue dots
* Cute printable flags
* Paper goodie bags for packaging your card

Melt candy melts int he microwave at 30 second intervals. Mix until melted and pour into the molds. tap the mold quite firmly on your kitchen counter to remove any air bubbles. Don't fill the mold too much.
Now insert a lollipop stick into each mold, rolling it in the candy melt. level the mold if you need to, with a  little more candy melt. Set int he fridge until hard.
Take pops out of mold, and wrap in cling film. Stick to the card with a couple of glue dots on the back. Embellish the lollipop stick with printable flags and pop your sweet card into a super cute goodie bag embellished with printables to match.
Glitter optional, but always recommended !! ;)
