Pumpkin & Cinnamon Tiramisu Recipe
But because autumn rhymes with pumpkin and cinnamon errything, I decided to add a little twist to my classic recipe.
I say classic, but really it's far from it, 'cause for my usual Tiramisu I use cinnamon cookies instead of the traditional ladyfingers. I adore cinnamon just a much as pumpkins. And coffee. So it was a no-brainer, really!
The beauty of this dessert is that it's a NO-BAKE recipe, so it's perfect for those pot-luck family Thanksgiving or parties we all get invited to this time of year ;)
It's also quick and easy to make, and the kids can also get stuck in and help, which in my book is a major bonus (when your to-do list is as long as your arm this time of year!).
Come to think of it, this pumpkin Tiramisu would make a great substitute for pumpkin pie, if you don't fancy baking this Thanksgiving! :)
In our home it's a tradition I'm quite happy to keep bringing it year after year. In fact, I make my first pumpkin Tiramisu of the season on Halloween, (you'd have seen it if you follow on Instagram or Snapchat!)
As always we made a little quickie recipe video for ya, on our YouTube channel.
