A Beauty & The Beast Inspired Birthday Party

Happy Tuesday, party friends! 

Today we bring you a stunning Be Our Guest birthday party, inspired by the new Beauty & The Beast movie release. We collaborated with Sarah Sofia Productions, and a bunch of other fabulous vendors to bring this party to life!

Be Our Guest Be Our Guest Your Presence is Our Request! When the birthday girl requested a Belle party for her 4th Birthday, which coordinated with the live Beauty and The Beast movie release later this month, Sarah of Sarah Sofia Productions knew she’d dream up the most magical Be Our Guest Party for this little princess!

Belle aka the birthday girl invited all her princess friends to join her for the royal garden party in the enchanted forest, which included Rapunzel, Elsa, Anna, and Cinderella to name a few. 

Each princess received this vintage modern invitation custom designed by Bird’s Party with pastel watercolor silhouette of Belle and the Beast with gold leaf trim. 

Upon arrival each princess was greeted with the royal treatment from makeup to nails in a kid’s beauty salon!

Once the princesses finished beautifying themselves they were escorted to the enchanted forest where a beautiful vintage modern garden party awaited their arrival!

While everyone loves the traditional colors of the original Beauty and The Beast, Sarah Sofia Productions is always thinking out of the box and went with the birthday girl’s request for pink and purple with pops of gold. Using the new Belle dress from the upcoming live movie as inspiration Sarah Sofia Productions designed this sophisticated garden party in the enchanted forest with whimsical elements such as custom signs with popular quotes and figurine characters from the movie.

Each place setting was decorated with a pink rose, jeweled crown, and party hat.  To create this vintage modern Be Our Guest Party Sarah mixed Crated Fuchsia and Gold Party Collection with pink and gold linens and chinaware from Classic Party Rentals.

To create a modern and whimsical feel for the table design Sarah used honeycomb tissue paper balls from Oriental Trading and a wooden crate that she painted for the floral centerpiece she designed using tulips, hyacinth, and roses.

Princesses dinned on tea cup and rose sugar cookies, rose cupcakes, petit fours, almond flavor pink pound cake with caramel drip and sparkling pink lemonade! 

To create the custom backdrop Sarah used Be Our Guest custom sign from Bird’s Party, custom handmade paper flowers from Blossom Papers and hot pink modern acrylic chandelier from Chandelier By NK.

Once the princesses finished dinning on sweet treats they enjoyed bouncing around in the princess castle bounce house and running around in the enchanted forest!

In addition to jeweled crowns and party hats, each princess was given a gold and white striped party favor bag with a princess necklace and edible princess bracelet from Oriental Trading.
