When my sweet friend Dina from Deliciously Darling Events told me she wanted to style a "Little Monsters Cupcakery" for Bird's Party Magazine Fall Issue, I jumped at the chance of designing for her! I mean who wouldn't?! Dina is so creative and talented, not to mention a delicious darling to work with! :)
Little Monsters Halloween Cupcake Shop & Printables
We brainstormed for months, and both LOVED the unique idea of a colorful, slightly spooky but very cute Halloween Cupcake Shop complete with play money and cupcake-shaped favor boxes! The idea was to create something very child-oriented for a party or play date where the kids would play shop and trade sweet treats and cupcakes on Halloween!
Come to think of it, wouldn't it also be a great party theme for a school Halloween Party or October Bake Sale?!! :)
Dina sent me a photos of 3 giant cupcakes she crafted last year for me to base the designs on: Frankenstein Cupcake, Mummy Cupcake and Spider Cupcake! She'd also had bought some really fun cardboard shop fronts from Target that she planned to decorate and make into little shops for the kids to play with! How spooktakular was that?! :)
