The theme of the day as you probably guessed from our earlier post, is "easy". And these party appetizers and cocktail recipes really are super quick and easy to make, and therefore perfect for a last minute St Patrick's Day Party - Tried and tested! ;)
I also aimed to include as many 'standby' cupboard ingredients as I could, and raided my pantry for ideas on creating GREEN recipes that were pretty simple to make and family-friendly - but not skipping on flavor!

After much deliberation (and many more ridiculous names...) my husband came up with the perfect name for this cocktail - Super de-lish and born totally by chance, due to my absurd desire to "get the right hue of green!" :)

Great ideas for a St Patricks Day! Those desserts look amazing, and I'm a sucker for kiwi. Will definitely have to try! Also, is it weird I like the sound of the kid friendly drink more than the boozy one?
