Gruesome Halloween Guacamole Recipe

- For 6 persons

Ingredients:

* 4 Ripe Avocados
* 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise
* 1 tea spoon of cumin powder
* 2 tables spoons of cilantro
* Juice of one lime
* 2 table spoons of finely chopped shallots
* Salt and Pepper (or chili) to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl using the blade of a knife until well combined. You can make it as fine as you like for kids. I personally like chunky chunks! :)

Serving suggestion: Serve into Frankenstein little cups for added spookiness - For the cups, I simply decorated clear little appetizer cups with black electrical tape (no need for vinyl). This type of tape readily available in most DIY stores, cuts cleanly with scissors, is inexpensive and peel off really easily too. Then hot glue the googly eyes, or use glue dots. Don't worry, they come off really easily after the party by just peeling off.
