This year I'm inspired by all things Monster High for Halloween (mainly 'cause I have a little fan at home...).

Ingredients:

* Basic cake pop batter mix

* White candy melts or chocolate

* Dark chocolate

* Small Flower cookie cutter or skull cookie cutter

* Heart and circle sugar sprinkles

* Toothpick

* Lollipop sticks

* Cute party straws
