American Football Surprise Cake
Hey guys! Today I bring you a fun video recipe that will be perfect for the start of NFL season coming up in September!

And I'm happy to say we're aiming to bring you a NEW recipe, DIY or other cool party ideas once a week on the channel, like this fun to make (and even more fun to eat) American Football Surprise Cake.
American Football Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 box of chocolate cake mix
* Assorted hard-shell candy for filling
* Chocolate frosting (recipe below)
* Vanilla frosting for decor (recipe below)
Directions:
Follow instructions on the box to bake your cake. Let it cool, then chill baked cake overnight to firm up before cutting, or place cool cake in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting Recipe
Ingredients:
* 3 cups sifted powdered sugar (icing sugar)
* 1/3 cup softened butter
* 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
* 3 oz (85 g) melted dark chocolate
* 2-3 tablespoons milk to loose the frosting as needed
Directions:
In a mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat sugar and butter until creamy. Stir in vanilla. Reserve 3 tablespoons of the frosting into a piping bag fitted with a small round tip for the decoration. Then stir in the melted chocolate. Add enough milk to make the frosting smooth and easy to spread.
