Party Recipe - Pomegranate Moscow Mule Cocktail
Christmas is 'round the corner and if you need a delicious party cocktail for entertaining this season, then today's recipe is for you!
It's such a simple cocktail to make, and you can mix it all directly in a copper mug, so no need for cocktail shakers or muddling! Plus, it also looks super festive with its crimson color, topped with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig garnish!
My latest invention is this Pomegranate Moscow Mule cocktail that is simply divine!
This Moscow Mule cocktail is my own interpretation on the classic Moscow Mule recipe. The original recipe calls for ginger beer, but here in France it's virtually impossible to get hold of ginger beer. So I substituted it for ginger ale.
I know it's not really the same taste, but I find the ginger ale actually gives this recipe a lighter note and flavor due to it being more carbonated. But by all means, do use ginger beer if you can find it easily near you.
HOSTESS TIP: The other beauty about this festive cocktail, is that you can totally make it in a big jug or pitcher to serve a crowd. Simply double, triple or quadruple the measures to suit your number of guests.
