Yay! Finally able to share with you all the details of the fun project I'd been working on for PBS Parents for our ABCs & 123s Birthday Party ! We had a blast styling this super creative party, and thinking of fun and easy ways to carry the theme through the table, decor, food. So there are tons of DIY ideas, recipes (including a DIY cake!), party crafts and easy ideas with full step-by-step instructions on ALL OF IT over at PBS! Not to mention a complete printable party kit to help you pull it off!

I styled this Easter Kids Brunch last year for Yum and Food for Kids Magazine. Their Easter issue is out and full of amazing ideas!! And with Easter round the corner, I thought I'd share all the details here on the blog with tips and trick on how you can re-create it at home. It's a very simple and super colorful table that will wow your little bunnies! Late last year, I was invited to take part in a fun craft challenge for All You Magazine . It'd been a while since I touched needle and thread, but it's like riding a bike it seems. You never forget it! ;) This was a really a fun project and was really nice to get back to my sewing roots. I love working on editorials for printed press. There's nothing like seeing one's work in print. I think the smell of the pages also has a part to play in it. Yes, I unashamedly 'sniff' my work! :D Anyways, you can imagine my delight when the editors of Rio Grande and Red River Family Magazine got in touch for another collaborative work for their July issue. Hi sweet friends! Did you have a relaxing weekend, reading the latest issue of Bird's Party Magazine?! ;) After all the excitement of the mag last week, you'd think I'd take it easy now the issue was out? Well, no sir! Already working on the next one (plus a dozen other projects) and excited (and slightly in shock) that next issue has all nearly been assigned! It's a good sign though, and I am beyond ecstatic to be working with such a fabulous team again! ♥
