DIY No Sew Table Runner Made in Minutes!
I love using crepe in my party tables too, it's so versatile and inexpensive! But this tutorial is even simpler than using double-sided tape, and this cute table runner can be made in minutes - only requiring 3 craft materials! The ruffle table runner adds a nice texture and dimension to the table. Here is what you will need to make your own no-sew ruffle table runner...
I know the gorgeous photos indicate a New Year's Eve Party, but this tutorial would also be fabulous for any party, so why wait?! :)
DIY No Sew Table Runner Made in Minutes!
Materials:
Roll of Crepe Paper
Foam or Poster Board
Spray Glue
Directions:
1. Attach poster or foam board together to create the desired length. I cut my 22" x 28" poster board in half and reattached the 2 pieces with packing tape to create a 14" x 44" size table runner.
2. Start at one corner. Spray one small section of the poster board with spray glue and attach the end of the crepe paper to the board. Fold and pleat one ruffle at a time.
3. Continue to spray glue and pleat one row at a time until the runner is full.

ReplyDeleteFantastic!
Awesome! This can be applied in so many ways. Hmmm... I'm beginning to wonder how burlap would do. :)
