Did you see the floral Easter brunch table I shared last week? Well, these cute faux grass place-mats were also a DIY job.


I love to use materials or re-purpose fabrics I already have at home, and with these grass place-mats I did just that! It's a simple, quick and easy DIY and perfect for Easter brunch table for also for any spring celebration or even Mother's Day.

DIY Faux Grass Place-Mats

Materials:

* green raffia table runner (from most fabric stores or craft stores) or your can use faux turf too!
* an existing round place mat to use a s template (or cut a 40 cm/16 inch diameter cardboard disk to sue as a template)
* scissors
* pencil or fabric pen

Directions:

1) Gather your materials.

2) Trace the place-mat round template onto your raffia runner or turf using a pencil or fabric pen.

3) Cut as many round place-mats as you need with strong scissors.

4) Display as you like!

Easy, right?! It's such a pretty way to add a touch of "nature" to any spring table!

    1. You can use whatever flowers you have at hand! Number will vary according to the length of your table. These are faux flowers, I don't know the names ;)
