Father's Day Masculine Tablescape Ideas
Father's Day is 'round the corner, so I thought I'd share some really cool, modern and manly tablescape ideas with you!
This masculine table setting in black, white, brown and gold, looks super chic and modern, but it also is mega easy to pull off with tableware and decor you probably already have at home!
Father's Day Masculine Tablescape Ideas
For this Father's Day, I wanted to keep things really fresh and fuss-free, for that all-elusive masculine vibe I was going for.
For a feminine table, you basically add a bunch of flowers to the table center, and you have yourself a pretty and girly set up.
But for a masculine decor...you have to think outside the box a little. Especially if you're like me, partial to a bit of pink...
So I was inspired by my husband's garage - full of leather, wood, and metal bits and bobs, to create this manly tablescape. 😋
I used a black and white table runner onto my white dinner table to keep things modern and easy.
Then I paired it with round, brown leather chargers, black and white dinner plates, wooden starter plates and black and gold flatware.
For the glassware, I chose water goblets with a gold rim and black wine glasses.
I love all the different textures on this place-setting, and think it looks cool without looking too over the top.
Inspired by the leather charger, I created these DIY belt buckle napkin rings! They were SO easy to make, and I used old belts that my husband didn't use any more, but you can also used thrifted ones.
To make the belt napkin rings you simply cut the belts to size, add extra holes if needed with a leather puncher, and hot glue the ends together to form a ring. Easy and oh-so masculine, don't you think? 😉
For my masculine table centerpiece, I knew I didn't want flowers (too feminine), but I still wanted a fresh, natural vibe. So I opted for succulents!
I used these gold planters I had at home and added a few more succulent pieces to each to make them fuller, then displayed them onto a small wooden tray in the center of my table.
I love how my Father's Day table turned out; it looked so chic without looking feminine!
I printed black and white photos of the dads in our lives and displayed them at each place-setting. But you could also use photos of dad throughout various stages of his life, like as a baby, toddler, teenager etc.
I think it's such a simple touch but that adds something so personal and much more special to the table! Not to mention it's a total conversation starter, and dad will love seeing old photos of his! 💖
You could also use this tablescape design to create a fabulous birthday party table for the man in your life. It doesn't have to be just for Father's Day!
I love how this manly table came together, and how easy it was to style! Hope you too can find some inspiration and ideas to re-create at home this Father's Day or for any other celebration!
