And no unicorn birthday party is complete without unicorn headbands, right?! So my daughter and I crafted some cute party favors headbands that also double as pretty unicorn photo booth props! 😊
You know those super trendy unicorn cakes we see all over Pinterest ? Well, I decide I was brave enough to tackle one on my own for my daughter's unicorn themed slumber party . I love that the cake depicts a unicorn with its eyes closed, and I think it was perfect to evoke the sleepover party aspect and the whole "sweet dreams" idea for us. Did you see the cute teepee we built for my daughter's unicorn themed slumber birthday party ? Well, today we're sharing the easy DIY steps! I say we because I had a lots of help from my dear husband, who's very handy with a saw and drill. We brainstormed ideas about the tee pee design, and he basically built the thing for me! I made a quick video to help explain the steps, plus a printable building plan (IKEA style) that you can use to help you out, though it's pretty straight forward! 😉
