Linky Feature: Strawberry Shortcake in a Jar by Giggles Galore

Today I'm joining Kim from The Celebration Shoppe to feature one of our fave parties/party ideas from last month's joint linky - So when you're done here, hope over to Kim's blog to check out her featured fave! ;)

There were so many gorgeous party ideas linked up, and picking just one was reeeeeally hard!! But since we're all about strawberries this week here on the blog, I decided to feature a strawberry-flavored party idea by Mariah from Giggles Galore - Strawberry Shortcake in a  Jar!

Mariah made these strawberry shortcakes jars for Teacher Appreciation Week, but they would be perfect for any summer party, don't you think? I especially love the FREE printable tag from Dimple Prints!

Strawberry Shortcake in a Jar - by Giggles Galore

1) Cut the sponge cake dessert cups to fit in the bottom of your mason jar.
2) Cut up the fresh strawberries and place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
3) Layer the strawberries on top of the sponge cake and then top with a dollop of whip cream.
4) Repeat the layers until the jar is full.
5) Screw on your lid and tie the “berry sweet” tag to the jar using ribbon or twine.
6) Decorate with twine and a FREE printable tag from Dimple Prints!

Thanks so much to Mariah, for linking up this delicious party post! ♥
