Homemade Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream Cocktail

My original Irish Cream recipe already has some delicious flavors and ingredients, but I thought by adding pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice would make for a super special, seasonal cocktail with delicious autumnal flavors. I must say, it did not disappoint!

Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream Cocktail

A delicious, easy-to-make cocktail that is perfect for Fall entertaining!

ingredients

• 1 small can of condensed milk (395 g or 14 oz can)
• 250 ml or 8.4 fl oz of Irish whisky (I have also used vodka, cognac or brandy and it works great!)
• 200 ml or 7 fl oz of cream
• 3 tablespoons of instant coffee powder (not granules)
• 2 tablespoons of drinking cocoa powder
• 2 tsp pumpkin spice
• 1 cup pumpkin puree

instructions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
2. Decant into sterilized bottles and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
3. Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar if desired.
4. Serve with or without ice, and with a squirt of cream on top (optional).
