DIY Paper Flowers Backdrop
Hi party lovers, today I'm so excited to be guest-posting over on the Sizzix blog, sharing the DIY for this gorgeous floral backdrop using paper flowers!
Floral backdrops have been trending for a few years now and all over Pinterest, and as you can see, they're ideal to use to decorate parties, photo-booths, weddings and events; but they're also fabulous as a piece of art for a nursery, bedroom or anywhere in your home!
Check out the link below to re-create this fabulous project!
DIY Paper Flowers Backdrop
I've made paper flowers for parties in the past...by hand! And let me tell you that it's no picnic in the park!
Sure, they look stunning, but having to cut each petal and leaves by hand is a mammoth task to say the least!
That is why I'm super excited to have teamed up with Sizzix to create this tutorial!
Using the Sizzix® Big Shot™ Machine is my secret to making these sort of decorations in a faster, neater and more effortless way!
It saved me TONS of time, not to mention sanity, to make this floral backdrop.
I chose pinks, yellows, oranges and burnt red hues to create my floral backdrop, but you can vary the colors to suit your own party, event or home decor.
Your imagination is the only limit when it comes to decorating a party venue with paper flowers!
So go check out the DIY steps over on the Sizzix blog to see how you too can craft these beautiful paper flowers for your own parties and celebrations!
