It's a favorite with my whole family, and it's the ideal dessert to finish off any summer meal, dinner party or to serve at a tropical themed soiree this season!
Brazilian Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe
The original passion fruit recipe comes from Brazil, where I first tasted it at my grandmother's house many years ago.But this recipe version is a little simpler because you can do it all by hand - i.e. no need to get a blender or scales out.
I've also made it with gelatin leaves in the past, and you get a firmer cream. That's the only real difference.
To serve up these little Brazilian mousses, I like to add a few passion fruit seeds on top and a couple of mint leaves for garnish. This is totally optional, but sure elevates your dessert to dinner party or "Instagram-worthy" status 😁
Anyways, hope you guys give this delicious Brazilian passion fruit mousse recipe a try!
