I love thinking of fun, unique ideas and twists on popular birthday themes, and it was no different for my children this year - We always have a joint party as they were born on the same day but two years part, and the Barnyard Farm Theme was a perfect solution for their 5th and 7th birthday celebrations! I did snap loads of pics a usual, but below's a taster of the day...Oh, and because I made a lot of the stuff by hand, there'll be some tutorials coming all this week! :)

October is nearly upon us, and I thought it would be a really nice idea to share with you a beautiful Pink October Tea Party styled by a very dear friend of mine, Gillian from Crumbs of Comfort Cake Design for Bird's Party Magazine Fall Issue . I designed the Pink October Printables inspired by Gillians resilience, courage and strength as a survivor from Breast Cancer. The word survivor , really is a befitting word to describe the stunning, strong, hard-working and empowering person that is Gillian - Check out her story below.

This lush, seasonal and vibrant dinner party was styled by the talented Katie from Petite Social , for Bird's Party Magazine Fall Issue . I simply loved the theme and ideas straight away, and started designing the printables taking inspiration from the colors, hues and scents of Fall - with an added Italian vibe off course!

Happy Monday everyone! As promised in our Princess Pumpkin Party post last week, I just wanted to show you how to make a cute and very simple little pumpkin princess scepter using some of the party printables from the collection. These are in fact so easy, it would make for a fun craft activity for the little princesses to make their own scepter during the party! ;)
