I (Crissy) had a small surprise tea party for my girls to celebrate  Valentine's Day . My oldest daughter's  birthday is on Valentine's day so most of the time we overlook Valentine's Day. This year was different, we had a Valentine's party for their girlfriends but I wanted to do something just for us!  Hope you enjoy, and can find some last minute inspiration for your own Valentine's Day Celebrations !

For every party I plan, I always try to find sweets that are easy, fast and economical !  This ("macaron") sweet treat is super easy to make, and would be great for any party or celebration. And I used them in my styled Vintage Valentine's Party that I showed you here on Bird's Party a few days ago...

Hi guys, this past week has been a really hard one for me and my family as you all know, but I hope to get back to my regular blogging schedule from now and start sharing some fun posts with you again - Work and blogging keep my mind occupied, keep me sane, and it's a needed therapy and great "distraction" for me...

Not sure what to write. Or even if I should at all. but g oing through these photos I can "hear" the laughs and it's comforting somehow...a therapy of sorts. Bye dad. I'll miss you. I love you and always will. Thank you for being my dad!

My husband and I (Christine of Pure Joy Events) first met in college almost 20 years ago. You know what? Yep, you read right. Today's party post brings you not one, but two  Alice in Wonderland Tea Parties from some of our sweetest little customers! The first party comes from sweet Alice and her mom Regina all the way from  Brazil ! Regina used our  Alice in Wonderland printable cupcake toppers and buffet cards  (in Portuguese!) to help decorate the stunning desserts table she created for  Alice's 1st Birthday !!
