St. Patrick's Day is 'round the corner, and what better appetizer than a creamy houmous, to soak up the lashings of Guinness ?! This is a favorite dip in our house, and makes a welcome appearance on many cocktail parties because it's super easy and quick to make, quite healthy, you can make it a day in advance, and tastes DIVINE! My husband has been know to "drink" the stuff. Neat! So I always make sure I make plenty. And I have a little secret for making it super creamy too!

I recently worked on another super fun shoot for HGTV (hope to share details soon!) and had some leftover materials and a burst of inspiration (not to mention a bunch of glass yogurt pots I had been collection for yonks...). This is how these pink, glittered, candle cuties came to be. They'd be perfect for those lazy summer evenings - Imagine how they'd flicker and glisten on your tabletops or patios. You probably have already seen Gillian's work all over the web, as she collaborates with many talented Australian businesses and designers - She's a mega talented baker and also a fabulous events stylists herself, and I'm so honored to share once again her fabulous work with you!
The printables for this party were inspired by Kate and Will's Royal wedding , but one of my sweet customers from the UK asked me to mod it a bit, and she used the Royal Tea Party printables for a leaving-do instead!
