The last of our three  Kids' Holiday Tables was inspired by cute penguins, so naturally the color scheme was black and white , with splashes of bright yellow to warm things up! I wanted to create a more sophisticated and modern looking table, whilst keeping the styling fun for the kids - A good balance for those who love to entertain in style, even for little guests! ;)

Holiday is a time to get the family around and enjoy the company of our loved ones. At some point during the Holiday season, you're bound to sit down for a meal and find little kids among you. So, how to keep them entertained and amused during the meal without breaking a sweat? And no, your fabulous carving skills may not do the trick here... The answer is to create a special table just for them! I styled for and photographed this White Winter Wonderland  party last year for Bird's Party Magazine Winter 2011 issue , but never got round to sharing the extra photos, nor the white menu I created!  This was one of my fave parties to style, so serene and magical - Makes a nice change from my usual colorful tablescapes! Hope you enjoy the ideas, and come back tomorrow for the white recipes! :)

This lush, seasonal and vibrant dinner party was styled by the talented Katie from Petite Social , for Bird's Party Magazine Fall Issue .  I simply loved the theme and ideas straight away, and started designing the printables taking inspiration from the colors, hues and scents of Fall - with an added Italian vibe off course! 

As I take the rest of the summer off to work on a few exciting projects (including Bird's Party Magazine ) and enjoy spending time with my family, I thought it'd be very appropriate to leave you with a few images from a recent Summer in Provence  photo shoot I styled and photographed for Celebrations at Home!

Spring in one of my favorite seasons. I hate the cold, so the warmer spring days, the chirping birds, the buzzing bees and scents and colors of the season make me feel all poetic and oh-so inspired! :) Easter is around the corner, but hopefully these ideas will show you don't need much time nor a huge budget to create something pretty and welcoming for your family and guests this Easter!
