Summer is finally here, and we're kicking off the season with a refreshing raspberry Mojito! This recipe is great to make with any seasonal fruit, but I just happened to have some raspberries handy and so here we are!
This raspberry Mojito comes together is a flash, so you won't have too much trouble playing bartender at your next event.
But, if you want to make this cocktail ahead of time for a crowd, you can too! Check out my suggestions below.
How To Make a Raspberry Mojito
Like I said this Raspberry Mojito is super simple and quick to make! You simply muddle all the ingredients in a glass and voila! Instant summer bliss!
To make this Raspberry Mojito in a large pitcher ahead of your party you can simply process the sugar, lime juice instead of lime chunks and raspberries in a blender or food processor and use that as your cocktail base.
Then top the mixture with sparkling water, soda or lemonade, then simply add ice and garnishes the same as the individual cocktail just before serving.
This Raspberry Mojito not only tastes super delicious, it's also a really pretty drink for all your summer entertaining needs!
If you want to make it a non-alcoholic drink, then skip the rum altogether.
This Raspberry Mojito is the perfect summer drink to serve at your 4th of July party, next family BBQ or even as your summer wedding signature drink!
