With St Paddy's Day 'round the corner, I find myself drawn to all things green and gold. And ever since this post last year, I have been itching to get to style a simple green tablescape with pretty shiny accents! Plus, it also gives me an excuse to use my recent metallic tableware acquisitions ;)
You all know the drill: it's Valentine's Day and all you can find are those cheap-looking grocery store flowers for your party (or for your other half). But don't panic, I've got just the trick to help you turn those last-minute wilting blooms into a swoon-worthy floral arrangement!
As part of my Valentine's Dinner party menu that I shared in my previous post ( here ) ; I'm serving pink champagne jello with red berries and cream . Something about jello that evokes 'fun', don't you think? Maybe it's because it's a dessert we associate with kids, and therefore takes us back to our childhood days. But for a grown-up update on this favorite classic, I added pink champagne and red berries. Which makes a super tasty, not to mention pretty in pink dessert for Valentine's Day ! :)
We're starting the week on a sweet note. Is there a better way?! I think not ;) Especially when it concerns one of my all-time favorite desserts: Crème Brulée! Seriously, I could eat it all day long. And so for the sake of variety, and keeping this classic up to date, I like to experiment!
