Strawberries have been on my mind and plate lately, and I'm not complaining! They're one of my favorite fruits and so versatile in jams, desserts, drinks and appetizers alike! Of course, one of the classic ways to serve strawberries is with a big bowl of cream! So to crown our strawberry season in style, I decided to bake up a storm with this easy but oh-so pretty strawberry and cream layer cake !

Strawberries are in season and there's nothing more refreshing and delicious to make with fresh strawberries than homemade strawberry lemonade ! I used some organic lemons in this recipe too, and it was so quick and easy to make! This strawberry lemonade is the perfect drink to serve on Mother's Day or for any summer celebration!
No Bake White Chocolate Strawberry Tart
Mother's day is coming up, and if you need a simple and delicious dessert to impress and celebrate mom, then this white chocolate and strawberry tart recipe is it! With a few handy pantry staples and a punnet of fresh strawberries you can whip up this tart in no time at all, without the need to turn on your oven, which is always a bonus in my book! 👍 I also made a delicious fresh strawberry sauce to serve with this tart for extra indulgence, but if you don't like things too sweet, then simply serve with extra fresh sliced strawberries for a tangy contrast!
Flowerpot Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Sugar Paste Flowers
Since we've been sharing some wedding ideas in the last couple of weeks, I thought I'd post these flower pot cupcakes, since they'd be perfect for any wedding or bridal shower you may be planning! My go-to chocolate chip cupcakes are baked directly in small clay pots, then topped with a simple buttercream tinted green to give the illusion of grass, and crowned with handmade sugar paste edible flowers!

Lately I've been hooked on baking cakes. Layered cakes to be precise. I think it's the influence of all those amazing cake-decorating videos and accounts on Instagram ! 💁 Hence, my latest creation - this delicious, super pretty and oh-so easy to bake and decorate lemon and berries cake with Mascarpone frosting. We served this cake at our mothers' day tea party a couple weeks ago, but it would be perfect to serve at a baby or bridal shower, or any other spring or summer party!

If you love Earl Grey tea as much as I do, then you'll LOVE today's post! ☕🍪 My daughter and I made these Earl Grey cookies for our tea party last week , but I'm thinking this is going to become a regular treat in our house! Raspberry Mojito Cocktail Recipe
