Beer rhymes with Super Bowl. We know that. But what if beer is not your thing? Or you fancy something sweeter while watching the game? Well, for my Super Bowl party I served this super tasty fruity mixer, which not only is the perfect pairing to wheat beer ; but can can be also added to lemonade, sparkling water or tonic to cater for kiddos and mocktail lovers alike!

Happy New Year, party friends! January is not my favorite month, I have to say. It's hard enough getting back to a work/school routine after the end of year parties. And then the weather doesn't help one bit... So my goal at the beginning of the year is just to eeeease myself back gently into the groove of things. And basically, just to keep warm. Brr. That's where this Spiced Earl Grey Hot Toddy comes in super handy!

TGIF! And you know what Friday means? Happy hour, of course!  And to test drive my brand new studio bar , we had to create a brand new cocktail recipe! This one is supper yum, and perfect 'transition' cocktail to take you from summer (and the warm days that we're still having. Yay!) into Fall. And we call it a 'Birdie' ;)

I told you I was really into my iced teas this summer! This version came about because of the abundance of blackberries and raspberries we have growing in the garden . More fruit than I know what to do with, so naturally I turned to my love of fruity iced teas. And I'm doubly excited as I know have a fully functioning patio just outside my studio to do all these summer shoots for you guys! :)

After all, no self-respecting party bar is complete without pretty libations?!  Here are some of my faves, handpicked for their awesome taste but also good look s, 'cause we all know we eat (or drink) with our eyes first. Following on from our Hot Cocoa Bar pots, today I'm sharing my recipe for delicious Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa . I love hot chocolate. And salted caramel. But only recently tried combining the two into a beverage fit for the gods. This recipe is so easy and quick since I used caramel sweeties that melt straight into the milk or cream! ;)

This recipe is perfect for using up end of season fruit that you may have in abundance. It works great with any kind of melon, and you can spike it up with your favorite tipple, or sparkling lemonade. It's as delicious as it is easy to make, and perfect for those lazy summer soirees! ;)

Christmas is only a couple of weeks away, but fear not! You can still whip up some yummy delights to give away to family and friends (or to keep and enjoy all to yourself...talk about scrooooge!!) :)
