Easter is 'round the corner and as promised in my last post , today' I'll be sharing a delicious, savory cake recipe that's perfect for your brunch! This is not a novel idea. My mom has been making savory cakes for years, with chicken, Spring vegetables, tuna etc. But this smoked salmon version is perfect for Easter brunch, don't you think?!
