'Tis the season for entertaining, and you can't go wrong with setting up a bountiful grazing board to feed your guests! Grazing boards have been so popular and trending on Pinterest for a couple of years now, and I can totally understand why! They are so quick and easy to put together, and are always a crowd-pleaser. Rainbow Grazing Board for Saint Patrick's Day
Have you ever made a grazing board? It's one of my favorite ways to serve a NO-cook, fun and interactive meal to my family, whatever the occasion or celebration! You have probably seen the cheese and charcuterie board I did last month for Valentine's Day , so this month I thought I'd create a fun rainbow colored grazing board, which would be perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day at home! This grazing board looks SO pretty and is packed with all sorts of yummy fruits and vegetables, making it super healthy too! 😉
Valentine's Day Cheese and Charcuterie Board
Grazing boards are still as popular as ever! I've seen (and made myself) quite a few variations on the classic cheese and charcuterie boards - I've made vegetables grazing boards , chocolate grazing boards , brunch boards , and even a Taco Board ! But the classic, savory cheese and charcuterie is what my family likes best. So for this Valentine's Day, I lovingly put together a "pretty in pink " (and red 😁) cheese and charcuterie board filled with yummy treats to celebrate love day at home!
Our Quick & Easy End of Summer Patio Party
Summer is coming to an end, boo! And as much as I've been trying to resist the transition into Fall, school for my kiddos starts next week, so there's no denying it any longer. Double boo! But to lessen the blow, and make sure we still make the most of the hot days - yes, it's still 40 deg C in the shade 'round these parts; we celebrated last weekend with an end of summer patio party ! It's our way to enjoy the fine produce on offer at the end of season, and relax before the school routine finally kicks in.

Fig, Prosciutto Ham and Feta Cheese Pizza
Fig season is upon us, and I couldn't pass up the chance to create a delicious recipe using the figs from my garden. Hence this Fig, Prosciutto ham and Feta cheese pizza ! We've had our fig tree for about 5 years now. Last year, the fruits were attacked by bugs before we could enjoy them, so I'm mega happy to be able to harvest anything we can this year. These figs are juicy, plump and super sweet, and although beautiful to eat as is; I decided to add them to a sweet and savory pizza alongside some delicious Prosciutto ham and Feta cheese.
