I've been obsessed with velvet pumpkins since I first saw them on Pinterest last year. But they can be quite expensive to buy online...so for my Thanksgiving tablescape this year , I went on a mission to make my own! There are several ways to make these gorgeous velvet pumpkins, but being the speedy crafter that I am, I embarked on a NO-SEW project to make my velvet pumpkins, and at a fraction of the retail price! 😍

My tablescape this year was inspired by the luxurious, tactile and elegant hues of velvet, to create a jewel toned Thanksgiving table decor. You see, I've been obsessed with velvet pumpkins since I saws them on Pinterest last year. So this year, I decided to make my own velvet pumpkins , and chose some gorgeous velvet fabric for the project, which in turn inspired my entire Thanksgiving tablescape!
