Cherry Retro Party Inspiration Board

It must be because my cherry trees are full of the moment or because of my last cherry-filled afternoon....but I just fancied myself a bit of cherry inspired eye candy! :)

I think the cherries theme make for a great child and adult retro party, don't you agree?! It has a sort of pin-up feel to it with all the polka dots and lush red accents - Where's Betty Boop?? :)

How about freshly picked cherries as nibbles or even as party favor in cute little polka dot boxes or bags? Martha Stewart has set the pace, so why not?! :)

A nice cherry mojito for the retro gal's refreshment of choice, and some cute cherry  tea-towels as party favors too! Nicely wrapped in some cute, red and white butchers string! Yum!!

For the ever so lush cherry cupcakes, why not wrap them pretty too in some polka dot cupcake wrappers! Stick a custom cupcake topper on, and you're all ready to party!! :)
