Disclosure: This post is brought to you by the Tic Tac® brand. I received compensation to write this post through the Tic Tac Pack Program; however, all opinions expressed are my own. When I say "mint", what's the first thing that pops in your head? For me, it's freshness. And chocolate. I'm a foodie at heart, what can I say?! So when I saw the Tic Tac® brand's NEW Spearmint Mix flavor , I thought it would be a cool idea to see if I could make some yummy inspired recipes for a mint inspired party!

Wearing green on St Patrick's Day not only ensures you won't get pinched, but it's also meant to bring good luck. But, I do not fancy looking like I took fashion lessons from a leprechaun... Nothing wrong with how they dress per say (if any leprechauns are reading this...), but after the age of 18 it gets a little harder to rock the stripy socks and green wig look ;)
Creamy Chickpea Houmous Appetizer Recipe
St. Patrick's Day is 'round the corner, and what better appetizer than a creamy houmous, to soak up the lashings of Guinness ?! This is a favorite dip in our house, and makes a welcome appearance on many cocktail parties because it's super easy and quick to make, quite healthy, you can make it a day in advance, and tastes DIVINE! My husband has been know to "drink" the stuff. Neat! So I always make sure I make plenty. And I have a little secret for making it super creamy too!
St Patrick's Day Free Printables & DIY Favor
I love DIY party favors . Especially the cute but quickie kind! And I often turn to candy, or some variation on the theme...And St Patrick's Day is no different. Take a candy tube, some color appropriate green gumballs , add a dash of cuteness with free printables and voila! Instant favors that will charm the lucky pants off any leprechaun! ;)

I also happen to LOVE sharing new business, blogs and discoveries; and that's why our party ideas magazine is the PERFECT platform to get your business, blog or product noticed and in front of thousands!!

And for me, it's the ideal (excuse) occasion to treat myself to a yummy Irish Coffee. Whether for a party or just because, as it's the perfectly warming cocktail for this time of year too, and super simple to make.
The Frozen Disney movie has been a hit with kids worldwide. My daughter is obsessed with Anna and Elsa, and can't stop humming "Let it Go..." :) And so I am super excited to finally jump in the band wagon of the whole Frozen-mania 'round here. Today's party will dazzle and wow you, as it did me! It has lots of DIY decorations, stunning details and clever decor ideas that stay true to this popular Disney film theme, without falling prey to using copyrighted images. The Oscars is on Sunday, if you're a last-minute gal; then you'll LOVE this post! Don't know about you, but pajamas is my go-to outfit for watching anything on TV. But there are such a occasions when a party is planned and you have guests 'round, so my casual-every-day-attire-of-choice is frowned upon... On such occasions, I wanna look like I've made an effort. But without too much hassle. You know, saying to your guests "Oh, this old thang?! I just threw it on..." (wink) when they compliment you on your look...

Okay, so if you subscribe to our blog feed in the promise of a free printable, you'd have noticed we slacked somewhat for January... January is not my fave month. It's not an excuse, just how the cookies crumbles...There I've said it. Between getting the mag ready , fighting attacks of winter colds and sniffles, re-stocking the shops , while doing a blog re-vamp (BTW, not even finished!) = slacking on the freebies printables front. But hopefully you'll forgive me (since it's Valentine's and all *wink*). 'Cause today I have one cute free printable kit for ya!!
Galantine's Day Valentine's Bar Cart Styling
Galantine's parties are everywhere! And I LOVE it! Love the fact the Valentine's day has become synonymous with just spreading the love, and not necessarily a couples' thang... And LOVE even more, the idea of sipping cocktails, eating delicious morsels, and just celebrating with your gal pals!! So to help you along, I styled this super simple bar cart. Quick too!
I've been hyping up about the mag for a few weeks now, and so happy to say it's finally out! It's our 11th issue, and I can honestly say one of the most FUN to put together. Mainly because after a few issues, you get to realize what does and what doesn't tick your party boxes! And that quality over quantity is always the way forward. And that if it's not fun, then you might as well forget it! And that LOVE is all you need! ♥
Pretty Ways To Use Paper Tassels in Your Celebrations
Source via I'm a bit of a self-confessed party rebel, and tend to shy away from 'current-trends' or party themes in the name of originality. But paper tissue or crepe paper tassels is one party trend I don't mind following. And hope stays put in 2015!
This promotion is now closed! Maybe because I surround myself with whimsical parties and fairy tale characters for a living, but one cool gadget I wish I had was a magic wand ! Either that, or a real life remote control that copies and pastes. With an 'undo' button of course! I know a girl can dream, but while this Cinderella waits for technology to catch up with the fairy-tale, there's nothing stopping me playing fairy-godmother...in the party arena at least. And it's a great way to start the new year! 'Cause "being party-fairy-godmother" is a genuine resolution, right?! ;)
Okay, so even if you've found the perfect birthday, wedding, Valentine's Day gift; the packaging can make or break the deal. Honestly, people! In my opinion, the wrapping is meant to elevate the gift to another altogether special dimension. And it should never be overlooked! That's why I'm loving my latest discovery, and can't wait to share it with you guys - GiftWrapMyFace The name alone screams ' AWESOME ' doesn't it?! :)
