The theme chosen was "Little Monsters" , which would be really fun for a Halloween Party or Fall Birthday Bash!! The winners all used Bird's Party printables to styled their party, but the amazing results couldn't be more different from one another! LV is a dear and very talented friend, and when she asked me to help design some of the printables for her adorable twins' birthday party (Lolo) I jumped at the chance!! These designs are NOT for sale, but I took great pleasure in brainstorming with LV to create some of the funnest (made up word..) printables ever for Lolo's 2nd Birthday Party in Central Park !! :) Check out the cuteness below...including a DIY Teepee Puppet Theater made by LV herself!!

Call it "a stroke of artistic ingeniousness" (hehe) or "designer gone totally bonkers"...because for my newest Nautical Party Collection , I decided to style the same printable collection, in two distinctive party styles: Rustic and Preppy! It worked out better than I thought I must say, and I hope it shows how versatile printables are! AND how one printable party theme, can suit any decorating style you choose! I have been meaning to post these photos for a loooong time now, but so many things have happened since the party (back in September) including a computer break down...that I only got the chance now! This was a butterfly and frog garden party themed celebration since my kiddos were born on the same day, two years apart! Not planned, juts one of those things ;) So it's a perfect birthday theme for twins also!
When I got contacted by Brooke to design a custom Art Party invite for her daughter Lily's upcoming 7th Birthday, I got very excited! I love custom work, as it allows me to feed on the customers ideas and wishes, and create something very unique and special, and Brooke had a very unique idea indeed!
The heat is officially on, and what's better than a refreshing and sweet Ice Cream and Candy Party to keep us all cooled down this Summer?!! The photos has a sepia tinge to them because i was playing with my camera settings to try to get a "retro" look ;)
Actions speak louder than words, but I just have to say this: Thank you my darling husband for putting up with me in good and bad times, for being my rock, my best friend, my soul-mate. For being a wonderful husband, father and a great human being. For being who you are and for your generous, kind, funny, intelligent, handsome and strong presence in my life - You truly complete me and I admire and fancy you a lot!!! - Oh, and have I told you he even does the laundry, the cooking and the washing up too?! :) Now the ramblings are over, remember my sneaky peek at the invites I was designing?
