One of my favorite elements of the Party Like Pineapple birthday table was for sure, the balloon and fronds centerpiece! Originally, I wanted to hang a balloons garland above the dessert and drinks station, but when I was making it on the dining table, I realized it would make a fab tropical centerpiece ! And so a new idea was born!
With weddings season upon us, and all matter of summer celebrations on the horizon, I decided to embark on creating some fun DIY custom text balloons using vinyl , and I loved it! Did you see the cute teepee we built for my daughter's unicorn themed slumber birthday party ? Well, today we're sharing the easy DIY steps! I say we because I had a lots of help from my dear husband, who's very handy with a saw and drill. We brainstormed ideas about the tee pee design, and he basically built the thing for me! I made a quick video to help explain the steps, plus a printable building plan (IKEA style) that you can use to help you out, though it's pretty straight forward! 😉
