Cherries are in season and I couldn't pass up the chance of making a delicious dessert with them, hence this NO-Bake cherry cheesecake that comes together in a flash and tastes SO delicious! We're so lucky to live in cherry country and have some wild cherries growing on our land, so my kids and I always love to go cherry picking this time of year (before the birds eat them all), and making dessert using cherries at the end of the day, is just the cherry on the "cake" so to speak! 😄
DIY Paper Flower Cake Toppers
Paper anything is my jam. But paper flowers are my particular favorites! I mean, you take a fairly simple, banal, flat piece of paper and fashion it into something 3-D, beautiful and super practical. What's not to love?! And did I mention they're so easy to craft? Yep, despite their intricate looks, they're a cinch to make, and one of those DIYs that even the kids can help with!
Summer is nearly here and I can't wait to take my party game outdoors to enjoy the garden, the warm sunshine and all the fabulousness that come with the season!! Speaking of which, today I'm sharing a delicious cocktail that first made an appearance in our Tea Party a couple of weeks ago! Pimm's No. 1 Cup is a delicious, refreshing, big-batch cocktail that is perfectly suited to any warm temps soiree, and would also be ideal for a Father's Day celebration coming up in a few weeks!
Styling a Pretty Royal High Tea Party
The royal wedding is in a few days, are you excited?! I sure am, mainly because the event presents us with the perfect opportunity to host a high tea party to celebrate while watching the ceremony! I remember the first royal wedding a few years ago only too well. Not only did we shared some very British inspired party ideas to celebrate the occasion , but my scones recipe was also featured on CNN entertainment, and I'll be forever grateful to the Royal Wedding for that! 😉
Whether you're hosting a Valentine's Day party for your gal pals, a romantic dinner date with your other half or a fun party at home for the whole family, these party crackers are sure to bring a little "bang" to your love day event! 😉 It's a British tradition to have crackers at Christmas. They pop with a loud bang when you pull them apart and make for a fun party game! They're also usually filled with party jokes and trinkets inside, so I thought they would make a super fun Valentine's Day party favor!
Thank you Breton for sponsoring this post. Make everyday entertaining better with Breton! Having a go-to crowd pleasing recipe for those impromptu celebrations and parties is something I can't recommend enough as a hostess. You know, something quick, easy to make, and super delicious to serve that will be popular with any guest?! Yep, this is where this spiced Mexican-inspired cheese and onion dip comes in super handy!
Green & Gold Christmas Holiday Tablescape
I styled this green and gold Christmas Holiday party last year, but never got a chance to show it here on the blog. But I'm glad to be sharing now, 'cause apparently the 2017 Pantone color of the year is green (or greenery), so we're bang on trend! 😉 This was one of the easiest table decor styling or tablescapes I've ever done. My sister was coming over from London for Christmas, and I wanted to create homely, cozy atmosphere for our family dinner.

In honor of the little British prince, I designed these Keep Calm signs - one for BOY and one for GIRL. Because all babies are princes or princesses in their mommy's eyes! ♥ They'd be perfect signage for a baby shower, gender reveal party or even as decor in the nursery! You can print them on white card-stock and frame them, or on fabric transfer paper to make your own bespoke t-shirts. How regal is that?! :)

25 Things You Probably Don't Know About Me...
"...and couldn't give a monkey's about" should have been the next sentence? :) I've been tagged by The Purple Pug to write this post, and the chain was created by Laura from Live Smile Celebrate. It was fun reading other's posts and I even discovered a little more about myself along the way...Oh, and there are a lot of "Is" in this post - be warned.

I thought that I would share my brunch menu and scone recipe with you today.

An Adult Royal Tea Birthday Party
The printables for this party were inspired by Kate and Will's Royal wedding , but one of my sweet customers from the UK asked me to mod it a bit, and she used the Royal Tea Party printables for a leaving-do instead! I've since received many requests for the same royal designs to be used in other events like birthdays, bridal showers and hen parties, so decided to make the printables a bit more general for other occasion - And now you too can add a touch of British flair to your own party and events! ;) Check out all the adorable details and home-made desserts below!
