This chocolate Oreo layer cake is my daughter's all-time favorite cake and she requests it for every birthday, which I'm more than glad to oblige since it's oh-so delicious and super fun to make! 

If you like chocolate and Oreos (like us), than you really can't go wrong with this chocolate layer cake with Oreo buttercream and a chocolate ganache drip to finish things off! YUM!

Tiramisu is one of my all time favorite desserts. I come from an Italian background, so there's no surprise there ;) But because autumn rhymes with pumpkin and cinnamon errything , I decided to add a little twist to my classic recipe. I say classic, but really it's far from it, 'cause for my usual Tiramisu I use cinnamon cookies instead of the traditional ladyfingers. I adore cinnamon just a much as pumpkins. And coffee.
