Homemade Lime Marmalade Recipe & Printable Gift Tags

Homemade Lime Marmalade Recipe & Printable Gift Tags

This year, I decided to scale things down a bit. Therefore, I will spend less time scouring the shops to buy gifts, in favor of handmade or homemade presents. Not only this is infinitely less stressful, but it give me much more pleasure to make something by hand, helps me pass the time, and is far better for my wallet too! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Hence this delicious, handmade (or homemade) lime marmalade , which is perfect to include in Holiday food hampers, to give to neighbors, as Christmas stocking fillers, or to add to your festive cheese boards at home!

Bakewell Tart Recipe with Store Cupboard Ingredients

Bakewell Tart Recipe with Store Cupboard Ingredients

Fall rhymes with pies and tarts, am I right? All that wonderful, seasonal produce is just begging to be included in the most comforting recipes. But to be honest, I don't always have those pretty farmer's market fresh fruit and veg to hand when I fancy a slice of pie (or tart). So this is where my  Bakewell Tart recipe comes in SO handy! This tart recipe uses all store cupboard (shop bought) ingredients, is super easy to make and comes together in a flash!

Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe

Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe

Now that school has started, I find myself making this gluten-free banana bread in batches on the weekend, and serving it up for breakfast, snack and dessert throughout the week! This is such a quick and easy recipe to make, not to mention that it's also gluten free (my husband is gluten intolerant) and is super nutritious too! I like to serve it with fresh fruit, yogurt or cream cheese, and a drizzle of honey for a wholesome start to our day. But in all honesty, this banana bread is pretty tasty on its own, and needs nothing else. Apart from maybe a cup of coffee on the side? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hibiscus Iced Tea Recipe

Hibiscus Iced Tea Recipe

Ever since making my Hibiscus Margarita , I've been obsessing over new ways to include Hibiscus in other recipes. I know that iced tea is not necessarily a groundbreaking recipe to use hibiscus in, but since summer's here, I'm sharing another tasty beverage that you can whip up in no time to refresh your taste buds! This hibiscus iced tea is also super pretty, and the ideal drink to serve to the whole family at your 4th of July celebrations!

A Seaside Inspired Tablescape and 3 BBQ Recipes

A Seaside Inspired Tablescape and 3 BBQ Recipes

Summer rhymes with BBQ and eating outdoors, so we've been cooking most of our evening meals on the BBQ this summer. It's a bliss not to have the oven on inside the house, and somehow, food just tastes so much better al-fresco, don't you think? So a few weeks ago, we decide on a baked version of the classic shrimp boil. But because it's cooked on a sheet pan on the barbecue...we called it BBQ shrimp.

Passion Fruit Lemonade

Passion Fruit Lemonade

Hi friends, hope you're enjoying the warmer temps wherever you are! As soon as the sun hits, I find myself making refreshing fruity drinks at home, like this pretty and delicious passion fruit lemonade! This recipe is a new take on my Brazilian limeade that I shared here on the blog a while back. But this lemonade is made with lemons (not limes) and tangy, sweet passion fruit for an exotic vibe!

Classic English Trifle With Store Cupboard Ingredients and Frozen Raspberries

I love to bake and lately I've been having a lot of fun in the kitchen coming up with easy recipes that involve only a few ingredients, supplies and produce that I already have in my pantry, store-cupboard or fridge. Current times oblige, right? ๐Ÿ˜‰ This is how this classic English trifle with store-cupboard ingredients and frozen raspberries was born! Initially, I planned to make the trifle with strawberries, but the stores had run out of berries ๐Ÿคท‍♀️ so my husband suggested I use frozen raspberries instead.
