I think it's because 'bars' by definition are a fun place to hang out!  And also because they're SO easy to set up! Guests serve themselves and all you do as the hostess is watch everyone interacting and join in the fun! And that, my friends; is the great start for any party! ;)

A Bright & Colorful Summer Party Fiesta

A Bright & Colorful Summer Party Fiesta

Fiestas are not only reserved for Cinco de Mayo. I personally, would have a fiesta any day of the week. Tacos, pinatas, Margaritas....the lot! So when my friend Gillian sent over her stunning party photos with a fiesta theme and get this, PINATA COOKIES (!!); I actually did a little dance. It's a softer take on the usually bright Mexican inspired theme. It has pastel colors and warm summer hues with a  stunning watercolor cake, and I reckon it would be PERFECT for a seasonal wedding, bridal shower, dinner party or girly birthday!
