My daughter has been obsessed with slime for a couple of years now. I come from an Italian background, so there's no surprise there ;) But because autumn rhymes with pumpkin and cinnamon errything , I decided to add a little twist to my classic recipe. I say classic, but really it's far from it, 'cause for my usual Tiramisu I use cinnamon cookies instead of the traditional ladyfingers. I adore cinnamon just a much as pumpkins. And coffee. So it was a no-brainer, really!

Toffee apples take me right back to childhood. I remember walking past the sweet stands selling them at carnivals and country fairs, and I always pestered my mom to buy them. I totally favored these over cotton candy every time! And autumn is the perfect time to make these delicious, crunchy toffee apples at home.
