Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball Appetizer

Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball Appetizer

Thanksgiving is nearly here (how did that happen?), and so I find myself dreaming up pumpkin-themed crafts, recipes and décor. Are you the same? 😁 Hence, this pumpkin-shaped cheese ball appetizer that looks so fun, tastes SO yummy, but was a doddle to make!  I love a  tasty grazing board or charcuterie platter for entertaining, so for each season I try to re-invent the classic cheese board spread to bring a little fun to my party tables!

Pumpkin Spice Brazilian Brigadeiro Truffles

Pumpkin Spice Brazilian Brigadeiro Truffles

'Tis the season of pumpkins so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make one of my favorite desserts -  pumpkin spice Brazilian Brigadeiro, aka pumpkin spice truffles! These little sweet bites not only look quite adorable, but they're also SO incredibly tasty, made with condensed milk and all the comforting flavors of Fall! YUM! If you like pumpkin pie or pumpkin spice anything, then you'll love these! In fact, these make a great alternative to your more traditional Fall or Halloween pumpkin desserts. Plus, they'll look just as yummy on a Thanksgiving desserts platter too, so be sure to pin it for later! 😉

Fig, Prosciutto Ham and Feta Cheese Pizza

Fig, Prosciutto Ham and Feta Cheese Pizza

Fig season is upon us, and I couldn't pass up the chance to create a delicious recipe using the figs from my garden. Hence this Fig, Prosciutto ham and Feta cheese pizza ! We've had our fig tree for about 5 years  now. Last year, the fruits were attacked by bugs before we could enjoy them, so I'm mega happy to be able to harvest anything we can this year. These figs are juicy, plump and super sweet, and although beautiful to eat as is; I decided to add them to a sweet and savory pizza alongside some delicious Prosciutto ham and Feta cheese.

Bakewell Tart Recipe with Store Cupboard Ingredients

Bakewell Tart Recipe with Store Cupboard Ingredients

Fall rhymes with pies and tarts, am I right? All that wonderful, seasonal produce is just begging to be included in the most comforting recipes. But to be honest, I don't always have those pretty farmer's market fresh fruit and veg to hand when I fancy a slice of pie (or tart). So this is where my  Bakewell Tart recipe comes in SO handy! This tart recipe uses all store cupboard (shop bought) ingredients, is super easy to make and comes together in a flash!

Not only is this chocolate mousse SO quick and easy to make, but it's also vegan, tastes delicious and only requires TWO ingredients! One of the the ingredients is called Aquafaba, which is basically the liquid from a can of chickpeas. But before you turn you nose up at it, wait!

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate + Peanut Butter Fudge Drink Stirrers

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate + Peanut Butter Fudge Drink Stirrers

This post is sponsored by the National Peanut Board . I received compensation, but all opinions and content are my own. When the weather turns colder, I reach for the hot chocolate. Are you the same? It's the perfect, comforting drink and one of the perks of winter for me! In fact, it's a tradition this time of year in our house to have a hot chocolate station set up with mugs, toppings and fun treats in our kitchen, ready for when the craving for a mug of hot cocoa hits. And this year, I've upped the ante on my go-to hot chocolate recipe, with peanut butter!

Apple and Cinnamon Punch Cocktail

Apple and Cinnamon Punch Cocktail

We're ending our apple-themed month of posts here on the blog with a toast. An apple and cinnamon punch cocktail toast, to be precise. This cocktail embodies all things fall with its seasonal flavors and its amber good-looks. Not to mention that it's a super easy-to-make recipe that will take you beautifully all the way into Thanksgiving! You can make this cocktail in a shaker and play bartender in front of your guests, or simply make a big batch ahead of your party to serve a thirsty crowd. Both recipes given below for your pleasure. You're welcome! 😉

Add salted caramel to the mix...and you have me hooked. For life. For those of you who don't know, “National Hispanic Heritage Month is the period from September 15 to October 15 in the United States, when people recognize the contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the group's heritage and culture” (source Wikipedia).

Thanksgiving is 'round the corner, and if you need a quick, easy and above all, no-bake dessert recipe; then this post is for you! 😉 As a  lover of all things pumpkin and pumpkin spice, I was looking for tasty ways to use up the tons of pumpkins we have in the house this time of year... Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes & Easiest Cream Cheese Frosting EVER!

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes & Easiest Cream Cheese Frosting EVER!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Pillsbury™. The opinions and text are all mine. Fall is here. And we all know fall is synonymous with wonderful produce, like pumpkins.  And in turn, you can't bake anything with pumpkins without pumpkin spice, right?!  From cakes to lattes, to puddings and cupcakes (my favs!), this seasonal spice mix is everywhere!

Pumpkin & Cinnamon Tiramisu Recipe

Pumpkin & Cinnamon Tiramisu Recipe

Tiramisu is one of my all time favorite desserts. I come from an Italian background, so there's no surprise there ;) But because autumn rhymes with pumpkin and cinnamon errything , I decided to add a little twist to my classic recipe. I say classic, but really it's far from it, 'cause for my usual Tiramisu I use cinnamon cookies instead of the traditional ladyfingers. I adore cinnamon just a much as pumpkins. And coffee. So it was a no-brainer, really!

Crunchy Toffee Caramel Apples Recipe

Crunchy Toffee Caramel Apples Recipe

Toffee apples take me right back to childhood. I remember walking past the sweet stands selling them at carnivals and country fairs, and I always pestered my mom to buy them. I totally favored these over cotton candy every time! And autumn is the perfect time to make these delicious, crunchy toffee apples at home. Forget bobbing for apples, toffee apples is where it's at! ;) Oh, and did I mention it's super easy too? I love them even more now!
