Summer is upon us, and apart from drinking sangria all day, I'm dreaming about crafting all sorts of fun, colorful and seasonal party accessories, like these custom summer sun hats! Wouldn't they be so cool for a pool or beach party?! I made these for a summer party shoot I styled a few weeks ago (as you probably saw in my Instagram stories ?) and they looked so fab and were so easy to make, that I had to share the DIY tutorial here with you guys!
Father's Day is this Sunday, and if you need easy, no-cooking-involved, no-fuss but totally delicious ideas to celebrate dad, then this Cheese and Beer Tasting party is IT! I mean, I don't know many dads who'd pass up the chance to taste beer on his special day (or any day...). Or cheese. Or cheese AND beer together! Cheese and beer might sound heavy for summer, but we kept the cheeses light, serving it alongside fresh and seasonal produce, all washed down with more refreshing, summery types of beers.
Paper anything is my jam. But paper flowers are my particular favorites! I mean, you take a fairly simple, banal, flat piece of paper and fashion it into something 3-D, beautiful and super practical. What's not to love?! And did I mention they're so easy to craft? Yep, despite their intricate looks, they're a cinch to make, and one of those DIYs that even the kids can help with!
Summer is nearly here and I can't wait to take my party game outdoors to enjoy the garden, the warm sunshine and all the fabulousness that come with the season!! Pimm's No. 1 Cup is a delicious, refreshing, big-batch cocktail that is perfectly suited to any warm temps soiree, and would also be ideal for a Father's Day celebration coming up in a few weeks!

The royal wedding is in a few days, are you excited?! I sure am, mainly because the event presents us with the perfect opportunity to host a high tea party to celebrate while watching the ceremony! I remember the first royal wedding a few years ago only too well. I used to think that soups are reserved for winter months only. But my husband convinced me otherwise with some of his delicious spring soup flavors, like this gorgeous watercress soup that also happens to be gluten-free and vegan! Truth be told, I'm not really a soup kinda gal...but this watercress soup is so yummy (and my favorite of all!) that I had to share it here in the blog!
